Yassine Bounou, also known as Bono, is a Moroccan goalkeeper born in Montreal in 1991. After moving to Morocco as a child, he developed at Wydad AC and later spent much of his career in Spain with Atletico Madrid B, Zaragoza, Girona and Sevilla. At Sevilla he won the UEFA Europa League and earned the 2021-22 Zamora Trophy. He joined Al Hilal in 2023. A Morocco international since 2013, he played at the Olympics, Africa Cup of Nations tournaments and the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
