Gonzalo Luján Melli is an Argentine defender from Buenos Aires. He came through San Lorenzo's youth teams and made his first-team debut in May 2021 against Huachipato in the Copa Sudamericana. Luján became a regular for San Lorenzo over the next seasons and renewed his contract before moving to Inter Miami in 2025. At Miami he reunited with Javier Mascherano, who had coached him with Argentina's under-23 setup. Luján was called into Argentina's U23 squad and was listed in a provisional group for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
