Naoto Arai is a Japanese right-back from Tokyo. After Niigata University of Management, he joined Albirex Niigata in 2019 and later moved to Cerezo Osaka. Loan football at Tokushima Vortis and a return to Albirex followed before he signed for Sanfrecce Hiroshima, where he added attacking output from defence and won domestic silverware.
