Tolgay Arslan is a German midfielder of Turkish heritage. He developed with Borussia Dortmund and Hamburger SV, then played senior football for Hamburg before moving to Besiktas, where he won Turkish Super Lig titles. He later represented Fenerbahce, Udinese and Melbourne City, combining technical midfield play with experience in Germany, Turkey, Italy and Australia. Arslan joined Sanfrecce Hiroshima after a long career in major European and Asian-linked competitions.
