Joao Virginia is a Portuguese goalkeeper who developed at Benfica before moving to Arsenal and then Everton. He gained senior experience through loans at Reading, Sporting CP and Cambuur, and later joined Sporting permanently. Virginia has represented Portugal across several youth levels and won the UEFA European Under-17 Championship with the national youth team.
