Oscar Bobb was born on 12 July 2003 in Oslo, Norway, and began his youth career with local club Lyn before a complicated transfer saga involving Porto ultimately led him back to Norway, where he joined Vålerenga's academy. He signed with Manchester City in July 2019 and gradually worked his way into their first-team picture, earning his Premier League debut in September 2023 as a substitute against Fulham.
A technically composed winger with a sharp eye for goal, Bobb made an immediate impression at the top level. He scored a late winner against Newcastle United in January 2024 — earning Premier League Goal of the Month — and also netted in the Champions League. During his time at City he collected a Premier League title (2023–24), a UEFA Super Cup, and a FIFA Club World Cup winner's medal, among other honours.
His progress was disrupted by a fractured leg sustained in pre-season training in August 2024, which kept him sidelined for several months. He returned for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and scored in City's 6–0 win over Al Ain, before a further hamstring injury late in the season. In January 2026, Bobb joined Fulham on a five-and-a-half-year deal worth £27 million.
On the international stage, Bobb made his senior debut for Norway in October 2023 in a UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier against Cyprus and has since added to his cap total, also scoring his first international goal against the Faroe Islands later that year.
