Kumel Saadi Latif Al-Rekabe is an Iraqi goalkeeper born in Aarau, Switzerland, on 19 August 2004. After coming through football in Switzerland, including FC Adliswil, FC Zurich's youth setup and Red Star Zurich, he moved into senior football with Naft Al Basra in Iraq. He was listed by the AFC as Iraq U23's goalkeeper at the 2024 AFC U23 Asian Cup while with Naft Basra, and FIFA also named him in Iraq's squad for the Paris 2024 men's Olympic football tournament. Al-Rekabe later spent time with Leganes' international academy and Ariana. Internationally, he represents Iraq, primarily at under-23 level, and was also included around senior national-team squads.
