Born in Maubeuge, France, Benjamin Pavard began his football journey at the US Jeumont academy before joining Lille’s youth setup. He made his professional debut with Lille in 2015 but found greater success after moving to VfB Stuttgart in 2016. During his time in Germany, he played a pivotal role in Stuttgart's promotion to the Bundesliga, showcasing his versatility as a defender. His career took a significant turn when he joined Bayern Munich in 2019, where he was instrumental in winning six major trophies, including the UEFA Champions League in 2020. One of his most memorable moments came during the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he scored a stunning volley against Argentina in the round of 16, a goal that was voted Goal of the Tournament.
